Delivery
times are given as an indication only. We will not
accept any penalties, dammages or interest for a late
delivery. Expeditions are made at the costs and risks
of the receiver whose responsability it is to indicate
to the transporter if goods are dammaged, even if
goods are travelling FREE YOUR FACTORY. For special
orders, the customer can not cancel his order
and must pay for the price of the goods. Our invoices
are dated the month of expedition of goods and are
payable 30 days end of month from the date of expedition.
No objection will be taken into consideration after
8 days reception of the goods.
If litigation does arise, only the Commerce Tribunal
of MONTBRISON can handle the litigation. In case of
contestation, compensation of 15% of the outstanding
debt will be applied as dammages and interests. A
discount of 1% per month, calculated «prorata
temporis» will be deducted if there is an anticipated
payment. In case of non payment at payment expiry
date, a penalty of 1.5% a month will be applied.
CLAUSE OF RESERVE PROPERTY RIGHTS : (Law from 12.05.1980)
.The goods sold and even after their delivery remain
our property until 100% of their payment has been
made to us.
The Catalogue cancels and replaces all previous ones.
Caracteristics can be modified without notice. The
document is for personal use. All other use is prohibited
and reprinting is not allowed without the written
authorisation of the company FOREZIENNE MFLS.
