Our steel : FORESTILL®

FORESTILL® steel has been specially and exclusivly designed to produce band saw blades for wood. Its manufacture is very special and has been elaborated with a blade manufacturer. There is a quality control at every stage of production and a more detailed quality analysis when production is finished. Adapted to all types of band saw blades for wood its ductility, its toughness is suitable for setting or sawaging. Its very good wear resistance enables a better cutting strength.

A hight impact line gives it a sufficient elasticity to avoid cracks in the tooth gullet. Its perfect polished bright surface, flatness and straightness guarantee an easy and lasting servicing.

Our band saw blades TCT FORESTILL®

Developped within our Research & Development department and after many hours of intensive trials, this product has favourably impressed end users. A combination of high fatigue resistance and increased cutting times by a factor ranging from 5 to 10 have established TCT FORESTILL® as the new reference for industrial sawmills. Its optimal characteristics enables a higher standard of sawing, polyvalence in all species and noise reduction. Productivity, quality and comfort for the operator are the most notable advantages.

A complete maintenance service is proposed in order to guarantee the effectiveness of the product throughout the life of the tool.

Our band saw blades TCT HYPER-CUT by FORESTILL®

Forézienne MFLS innovates to improve your working conditions.

Tools at the cutting edge of technology : the carbide-tipped band saw blades TCT HYPER-CUT (from 20mm to  80mm) have an outstanding cutting quality. These products are destined to woodworking as well as other fields of application such as cutting Fibrociment® or plastic products. The cutting life is 10 times longer than that of common blades. You can extend significantly their cutting life by sharpening them 3 to 4 times. The shape of the carbide tip enables an easier cut.

We offer a complete servicing of your blades in order to optimize the life of your tools.
