Multiradius roundover cutter heads

Innovative cutter heads supporting three different knives for making six radius roundover profiles. Standard cutter heads are sold with knives featuring radii 5mm (13/64") and 10mm (25/64"); two more knife sets are available for radii 4mm (5/32") & 8mm (5/16") or 3mm (1/8") & 6mm (15/64"). For use on spindle moulder machines, double-end tenoner and shaper machines. Perfect on all materials, but ideal on solid wood and panel materials.

TECHNICAL DETAILS :
- Hard aluminium alloy body with high resistance to tensile and yield stress.
- 2 HWM knives with radius 5mm (13/64")
- 10mm (25/64") – (25x24,8x2mm - Z2).
- Tools for manual feed (MAN).
- Pins for the automatic positioning of the knives.

Roundover and cove cutter heads

These cutter heads are perfect for making furniture, doors and drawer fronts simply and stylishly by giving them a final touch with a CMT cove bit. It is also used for making perfect roundover profiles, drop leaf counters and table tops. You can use three different knives for carrying out roundover and cove profiles with radius 10mm (25/64"), 12mm (15/32") and 15mm (19/32"). For use on spindle moulder machines, double-end tenoner and shaper machines. Perfect on all materials, but ideal on solid wood and panel materials.
